With 600 m² of event space on two levels, a 550 m² garden and state-of-the-art event technology, Theater im Zimmer offers the ideal setting for exclusive corporate events with up to 200 guests – personal, stylish and extraordinary.

Equipped with 12-metre-wide projection surfaces, high-resolution 6K projectors and a professional live broadcasting studio, we deliver impressive in-person, hybrid and international live events of the highest standard.
Our historic villa combines Hanseatic elegance with state-of-the-art technology. The light-flooded rooms and the spacious garden directly on the Alster create a unique atmosphere – for exclusive receptions, inspiring conversations and unforgettable moments.
On request, we complement your event with an individually curated supporting programme – from award-winning artists, live music, DJs and improv theatre to tailor-made cultural and culinary experiences.
