VILLA "THEATER IM ZIMMER"
BUILT IN 1828
In the classicist villa from 1828, home of the avant-garde theatre since 1948, we create a global stage for artificial intelligence, science, culture and ideas for the future.
As a family business and family-run house, we combine tradition with the future and create extraordinary experiences at the intersection of technology, entrepreneurship, philosophy, art and culture. With award-winning theatre productions, international conferences, investor summits, executive salons and immersive formats, we bring together visionaries, thought leaders and decision-makers in the heart of Hamburg to develop ideas that shape the future.
The classicist villa, with 600 m² of floor space and a 500 m² garden, is located on the Alster in Harvestehude in the heart of Hamburg. Built around 200 years ago in 1828, it offers an exclusive setting for theatre and concerts as well as for private occasions and corporate events. Equipped with state-of-the-art multimedia projection technology, 12-metre-wide projection walls, 6K projectors and a live broadcasting studio, it is the ideal venue for international live and hybrid events.

We love bringing people together!
We connect people to make them happy and to create a better world together, full of creativity, innovation, wisdom, bliss, freedom, peace and love.
We offer a special villa for creatives, intellectuals and visionaries
and a place of inspiration and innovation for culture, business, society, science and philosophy.
Thanks to our idealism, we support culture and promote special talents, produce world premieres and create innovative formats with hologram technology.
As we receive no state subsidies, we rent out the villa for events in order to cross-subsidise the theatre and to produce innovative theatre productions with hologram technology.
We very much look forward to welcoming you in person!
Warmest regards, the Kunicki family
